Quality system

In 2007, the company has implemented and is using quality management system corresponding to the standard ÈSN EN ISO 9001:2001. Certification authority for our company is TÜV SÜD Czech s.r.o.
Quality policy of the TEAZ company
We know that we can keep a stabilized high quality only with such quality policy which concerns all activities of our company and all our employees. Satisfying the needs of our customers is a permanent part of our everyday work and a presentation of our company principles. The company is bound to permanent improving the quality management system.
1. Quality
The quality is in the first place in our company. We guarantee it with qualification and enterprising approach of our employees. We realize that quality of all processes in our company determines our future.
2. Consideration of the customer
We manufacture and deliver our products within required quality and agreed terms. We maintain very close relations with all our customers, and on this basis we are able to flexibly respond to all their requirements, needs and expectations.
3. Economy and efficiency
We are developing co-operation with our suppliers on the basis of partner relations. We make such provisions that enable us to decrease expenses and prevent all forms of inefficiencies.
4. Employees
We appreciate creative and skilled employees and co-operators which are willing to further educate in their field. We effort to continuously motivate them to productive and well performed work and so create conditions for permanent improving our management. We ensure permanent growth of key employees, both of their professional skills and knowledge on management, communication and team work.
